干法纺丝用超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的结构与性能研究

摘要 以3种国产干法纺丝用超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂(GN-1、GN-2、GN-3)为研究对象,通过测试UHMWPE树脂的黏均相对分子质量(M_(η))、表观密度、相对分子质量分布指数(D)、平均粒径,以及力学性能、热性能、表面形貌,与国外同类UHMWPE树脂(GW)进行了对比。结果表明:GN-1,GN-2、GN-3、GW的Mη为(4.37~4.71)×10^(6),表观密度为0.46~0.47 g/cm^(3),均能满足纺丝要求,但GN-1、GN-2、GN-3的灰分含量均比GW的高;GN-1,GN-2、GN-3的平均粒径较大,分别为282.8、319.4、318.9μm,GW的平均粒径较小(196.7μm),但GN-1、GN-2、GN-3的粒径分布均比GW的窄;GN-1、GN-2、GN-3、GW的D分别为4.8、5.0、8.1、5.8,相比GW,GN-1、GN-2的相对分子质量分布较窄;GN-1、GN-2、GN-3、GW的拉伸强度分别为34.0、33.7、35.1、37.6 MPa,均满足纺丝要求,但GN-1、GN-2、GN-3的冲击强度均比GW的高;GN-1、GN-2、GN-3与GW的热性能相近,GN-1、GN-2、GN-3、GW的结晶度分别为65.94%、61.57%、64.50%、62.46%;GN-1、GN-2、GN-3的表面形貌均为类球体,颗粒尺寸均明显大于GW,但GW颗粒尺寸分布较宽。 Three types of China-made ultra-high relative molecular mass polyethylene(UHMWPE)resins for dry spinning(GN-1,GN-2,GN-3)were investigated.Their viscosity-average relative molecular mass(Mη),apparent density,relative molecular mass distribution index(D),average particle size,together with their mechanical properties,thermal properties,and surface morphology,were measured and compared with those of a foreign UHMWPE resin(GW).The results showed that the M_(η)of GN-1,GN-2,GN-3,and GW were(4.37-4.71)×10^(6),with apparent densities of 0.46-0.47 g/cm^(3),all meeting the requirements for spinning;however,the ash contents of GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 were higher than that of GW;the average particle sizes of GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 were larger,being 282.8,319.4,and 318.9μm,respectively,while GW had a smaller average particle size(196.7μm);nevertheless,GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 exhibited narrower particle size distributions than GW;the D of GN-1,GN-2,GN-3,and GW were 4.8,5.0,8.1,and 5.8,respectively,indicating that GN-1 and GN-2 had narrower relative molecular mass distributions than GW;the tensile strengths of GN-1,GN-2,GN-3,and GW were 34.0,33.7,35.1,and 37.6 MPa,respectively,all meeting spinning requirements,while GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 exhibited higher impact strengths than GW;and GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 exhibited similar thermal properties to GW,with crystallinities of 65.94%,61.57%,64.50%,and 62.46%;GN-1,GN-2,and GN-3 had spheroidal morphology with significantly larger particle sizes than GW,although GW had a wider particle size distribution.
