摘要
概述了用于聚乙烯(PE)薄膜材料的抗静电剂的作用原理、结构分类和影响PE树脂抗静电性的因素,重点研究了提高PE材料抗静电性和长效性的方法。抗静电剂与PE树脂间相容性是影响PE薄膜抗静电性能的重要因素之一,通过抗静电剂的选择和设计实现与PE树脂适中的相容性,以及调控抗静电剂在PE薄膜制品中适当的迁移速度是今后PE薄膜实现长效抗静电性研究和应用的关键问题。
This paper outlines the principles of action,structural classification,and factors influencing the antistatic properties of polyethylene(PE)resins and the antistatic agents used in PE film materials.It focuses on methods to enhance the antistatic and durable properties of PE materials.The compatibility between antistatic agents and PE resin is a crucial factor affecting the antistatic properties of PE films.Achieving moderate compatibility with PE resin through the careful selection and design of antistatic agents,as well as regulating the appropriate migration rate of these agents in PE film products,are two major challenges for future research and application of PE films aimed at achieving long-lasting antistatic properties.
