摘要
目的 分析半夏白术天麻汤加减配合耳穴埋豆治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕的效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2023年6月收治的80例痰浊中阻型眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组加以半夏白术天麻汤配合耳穴埋豆,持续治疗1周,治疗后随访1个月。对比2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分]、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),GQOLI-74各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤配合耳穴埋豆可减轻痰浊中阻型眩晕患者症状,改善其生活质量,且无严重不良反应。
Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point embedding beans in the treatment of vertigo of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the middle-jiao type.Methods Eighty patients with vertigo of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the middle-jiao type admitted from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was additionally given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point embedding beans.The treatment lasted for 1 week,and follow-up was conducted for 1 month after treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,quality of life[General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)scores],and incidence of adverse reac⁃tions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension of GQOLI-74 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with auricular point embedding beans can alleviate the symptoms of patients with vertigo of phlegm-turbidity obstructing the middle-jiao type,improve their quality of life,and has no se⁃rious adverse reactions.
