摘要
目的:研究腧穴敏化灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗眩晕临床疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将120例眩晕患者随机分为对照组60例(单纯耳穴埋豆治疗)和研究组60例(腧穴敏化灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗),观察两组患者临床治疗效果、中医证候评分、空腹血糖(FBG)及血脂水平、颅内动脉平均流速(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(LMT)。结果:治疗后,研究组和对照组临床总有效率分别为91.67%(55/60)和78.33%(47/60),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组出现头晕眼花、恶心呕吐和食少多寐等症状的中医证候评分明显比治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组以上中医证候积分相较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血管评估治疗后与治疗前相比,Vm均升高、PI皆降低和IMT均变薄(P<0.05),且研究组Vm、PI及IMT改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、TC及TG等糖脂代谢水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组糖脂代谢水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴敏化灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗眩晕有较为确切的临床效果,可加速机体血液循环,改善机体血运功能、糖脂代谢,有利于患者早日康复。
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of acupoint sensitization moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint embedding beans in treatment of vertigo and its influence to glucolipid metabolism.Methods:120 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the study group(n=60).The control group was treated with auricular acupoint embedding beans therapy;on which basis,the study group was also treated with acupoint sensitization moxibustion.Clinical efficacy,scores of TCM syndromes,levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and blood lipids,intracranial artery mean velocity(Vm),pulsatility index(PI)and carotid artery intima-media thickness(LMT)were observed in the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy was 91.67%(55/60)in the study group,which was significantly higher than 78.33%(47/60)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,including as dizziness,nausea and vomiting,reduced appetite and somnolence were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).As for vascular evaluation,Vm was increased,PI was decreased and IMT was thinned in the two groups after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),of which the improvements in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,TC and TG were reduced after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups,of which the reductions were more significant in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint sensitization moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint embedding beans has a significant clinical effect in treatment of vertigo,it can accelerate blood circulation and improve blood supply function and glucolipid metabolism,and it is beneficial to early recovery of the patients.
