摘要
系统探讨了硫黄与促进剂配比对丁腈橡胶(NBR)压缩性能的影响,并通过设计5种硫化体系(1#~5#),系统分析了交联密度对NBR硫化胶压缩永久变形、动静刚度比及蠕变特性的调控机制。结果表明:1#硫化体系力学性能优异,但硫化效率低且压缩永久变形高;3#硫化体系交联密度适中,压缩永久变形较1#硫化体系低,同时动静刚度比最小,兼具适中的静刚度与低蠕变特性。5#硫化体系在100℃×72 h老化后的压缩永久变形最低,但存在静刚度小且蠕变增量较大的缺点。
The effects of sulfur and accelerator ratios on the compression properties of nitrile rubber(NBR)were studied.Five curing systems(designated as 1#~5#)were designed to analyze the regulatory mechanisms of crosslink density and crosslink bond types on the compression set,dynamic-to-static stiffness ratio,and creep behavior of NBR vulcanizates.The results showed that the 1#curing system exhibited excellent mechanical properties but suffered from low curing efficiency and high compression set.The 3#curing system,with moderate crosslink density had lower compression set than 1#system,the smallest dynamic-to-static stiffness ratio,as well as moderate static stiffness and low creep.The 5#system exhibited the lowest compression set after thermal aging at 100°C for 72 h,but demonstrated the smallest static stiffness and significant creep increment.This study proved a reference for optimizing NBR curing systems in rubber industrial applications.
