摘要
研究了丁腈橡胶在3#标准油老化环境下的物理机械性能、应力弛豫性能的演变规律。结果表明,随着浸泡时间的增加,硬度及力学性能下降,且下降速率变缓;应力弛豫系数先升高后降低,红外谱图整体发生蓝移,并在1 088cm-1、1 140cm-1、1 533cm-1处出现新的峰。
The 3#standard oil aging behaviors of nitrile rubber(NBR)vulcanizates were studied.Results indicated that with the increase of immersion time,hardness value and mechanical properties decrease with a slow rate,stress relaxation coefficient increase before decreasing;FTIR spectra manifest hypsochromic shift on absorption peak wholly,and new peaks in 1 088cm-1,1 140cm-1,1 533cm-1 appear.
