摘要
如何复原测量控制网以及如何提高测量控制网的精度等问题都将影响工程室内外装饰装修、电梯安装等工序,也将对工程质量、工期、成本等产生直接或间接影响。改造建筑原有测量控制网受当时仪器精度、施工水平影响,很难提供高精度,并且在后期装修施工过程中被覆盖,复原原有控制网难度很大。通过白塞尔公式结合导线测量,对结构差值进行调整,复原出一组高精度的测量平面控制网,供后期施工使用。对既有运营超高层改建工程建筑控制网的复原与精度校核进行总结,为今后相关工程提供经验。
The recovery and accuracy verification of measurement control networks for existing buildings remain a critical focus.Key challenges include how to reconstruct control networks and enhance their precision,factors that directly or indirectly impact subsequent construction processes such as interior/exterior decoration and elevator installation,thereby influencing project quality,schedule,and cost.The original control networks of retrofitted buildings,constrained by historical instrument accuracy and construction techniques,often fail to meet high-precision requirements.Additionally,these networks are frequently obscured during later-stage construction activities,significantly complicating their recovery.This study proposesd a methodology combining Bessel's error adjustment formula with closed-loop traverse surveying to iteratively optimize structural discrepancies,ultimately reconstructing a high-precision planar control network for construction applications.
