摘要
为克服传统测绘方法在处理复杂地形和大范围测量时存在的效率低下、精度不高等缺陷,文章结合现代地形测量技术,提出一种适用于农村宅基地不动产测绘的技术方案。针对农村宅基地确权工作的特点,在地形测绘中利用无人机倾斜航飞摄影获取原始数据信息,采用GPS RTK进行测绘点精度校核,并利用神经网络对测绘图进行特征识别与提取。整合该技术方案获取的待确权地域关键信息,可制定包含宗地图在内的确权报告,从而明晰土地和建筑物的基本属性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional surveying and mapping methods such as low efficiency and low accuracy in dealing with complex terrain and large-scale surveying,this paper proposes a technical scheme suitable for rural homestead real estate surveying and mapping based on modern topographic surveying technology.According to the characteristics of rural homestead rights confirmation,the original data information was obtained by UAV oblique flight photography in topographic surveying and mapping,the accuracy of surveying and mapping points was checked by GPS RTK,and the feature recognition and extraction of surveying and mapping maps were carried out by neural network.By integrating the key information of the area to be confirmed,the technical solution can be used to develop a title confirmation report including a parcel map,so as to clarify the basic attributes of land and buildings.
