摘要
探讨了长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(LGFPP)的材料特性、生产工艺及其在乘用车领域的广泛应用。通过对基体树脂、玻璃纤维类型与添加量、界面相容剂以及注塑工艺等因素的深入分析,揭示了其对LGFPP材料力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:LGFPP材料在汽车内饰件、外饰件、结构件及发动机舱部件等方面具有显著的应用优势,能够有效实现零部件的减重、降本及性能提升,为汽车工业的可持续发展提供了重要的材料支持,并为乘用车行业零部件设计和选材提供参考。
The material properties,production process,and wide application of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(LGFPP)in the field of passenger cars were explored.Through in-depth analysis of factors such as matrix resin,glass fiber type and dosage,interface compatibilizer,and injection molding process,the influence of these factors on the mechanical properties of LGFPP materials was revealed.The result show that LGFPP material has significant application advantages in automotive interior parts,exterior parts,structural parts,and engine compartment parts.It can effectively reduce the weight and cost of parts while improving their performance,providing important material support for the sustainable development of the automotive industry and providing reference for component design and selection in the passenger car industry.
