芳纶浆粕增强的三元乙丙橡胶的制备及性能

摘要 芳纶浆粕微纤之间易缠结,在三元乙丙橡胶中分散性差,严重影响芳纶浆粕/三元乙丙橡胶的性能。本研究采用磷酸预处理的两步法对芳纶浆粕进行改性:先在芳纶浆粕微纤表面构筑无机纳米颗粒隔离层减少微纤之间的缠结,然后采用界面相容剂处理提高芳纶浆粕与三元乙丙橡胶基体的界面结合力。结果表明,当芳纶浆粕在三元乙丙橡胶中的添加量为w(改性芳纶浆粕)=15%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为11.1 MPa、断裂伸长率为505%、线烧蚀率低于0.1 mm/s,满足固体火箭发动机热烧蚀防护材料的应用需求。 The microfibers of aramid pulp(AP)are prone to wrap around,resulting in poor dispersibility in EPDM rubber and poor interfacial bonding with rubber,which affects the performance of AP/EPDM.A two-step method was used to modify AP.Firstly,nano SiO 2 was used to construct an inorganic nanoparticle isolation layer on the surface of AP microfibers after phosphoric acid pretreatment,reducing entanglement between AP microfibers;Then,interface compatibilizers were used to improve the interfacial bonding strength between AP and EPDM rubber matrix.The research results show that the modified AP treated by two-step method has an addition amount of 15(mass)%in EPDM rubber,the tensile strength of the composite material can reach 11.1 MPa,the elongation at break is 505%,and the linear ablation rate is less than 0.1 mm/s.It can be used as a thermal protection material for solid rocket engines.
