摘要
本文系统概述了船舶机舱振动噪声的机理及防控技术。通过论述船舶机舱振源问题,揭示了振动对设备寿命、船体结构安全性和船员健康的危害。综合分析多种船舶机舱减振降噪技术的应用后,指明了负泊松比材料、功能梯度材料等新型复合材料在船舶减振领域的应用前景,为提升船舶运行的可靠性与船员的舒适性提供了优化思路。
This article provides a systematic overview of the mechanisms and prevention and control techniques for vibration and noise in ship engine rooms.By discussing the vibration sources in ship engine rooms,it reveals the hazards of vibration to equipment lifespan,hull structural safety,and crew health.After comprehensively analyzing the application of various vibration and noise reduction technologies in ship engine rooms,it points out the application prospects of new composite materials such as negative Poisson's ratio materials and functionally graded materials in the field of ship vibration reduction,providing optimization ideas for enhancing the reliability of ship operation and the comfort of crew members.
