摘要
针对客车复杂结构件焊接变形预测方法缺失的问题,本文提出一种基于固有应变法的焊接变形高效预测方法。通过计算焊接变形等效载荷构建预测模型,实现对客车大型分片焊接变形的预测,相对误差小于5%,为客车骨架焊接变形抑制提供了方法指导。
The paper proposes an efficient welding deformation prediction method based on the intrinsic strain method to address the lack of prediction methods for complex structural components of passenger buses.By calculating the equivalent load of welding deformation to construct the prediction model,it achieves the prediction of large segmented welding deformation of passenger buses,with a relative error less than 5%,providing methodological guidance for suppressing passenger bus frame welding deformation.
