摘要
现阶段机械领域、智能制造、工业4.0的不断发展,对机械装备的精度与质量提出更高要求。机械装备生产与使用过程中,为进一步保障生产、使用质量,确保满足精度方面运行需求,需要采取合理措施,引进先进的高精度计量技术,辅助实时监控质量,排查潜在的质量影响因素。因此,高精度计量技术在机械装备质量监控中运用分析受到广泛关注,相关理论研究及实践探索大量涌现。简单分析了常见的高精度计量技术,深入探讨了技术的运用要点,以供参考。
At present,the continuous development of the mechanical field,intelligent manufacturing,and Industry 4.0 has put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and quality of mechanical equipment.During the production and use of mechanical equipment,in order to further ensure the quality of production and use and meet the operational requirements for accuracy,reasonable measures need to be taken to introduce advanced high-precision measurement technology,assist in real-time quality monitoring,and identify potential quality influencing factors.Therefore,the application and analysis of high-precision metrology technology in mechanical equipment quality monitoring have received widespread attention,and a large number of related theoretical research and practical explorations have emerged.Based on this,a brief analysis of common high-precision measurement techniques is conducted,and the key points of their application are discussed in depth for reference.
