摘要
剖析了产业学院建设的政策背景和现实意义,搭建了校企平台共建产业学院,提升了应用型本科高校教育质量和服务当地经济发展的重要性。探索了构建产教深度融合的新型人才培养模式,培养“共建共享”、“互惠互赢”的育人机制,形成了可复制、能推广、见实效的示范性人才培养体系。
This article focuses on analyzing the policy background and significance of the construction of industrial colleges and universities,building a platform for school-enterprise cooperation to jointly build industrial colleges and universities,and improving the importance of education quality and serving the economic development of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.It aims to explore a new talent training mode with deep integration of industry and education,cultivate a training mechanism of"building and sharing together and"mutual benefit and win-win",and form a demonstration talent training system that can be replicated,promoted and effectively implemented.
