基于铝合金的锚具加工设备升级改造及碳纤维复合芯导线锚固金具产品设计的性能优化策略

摘要 近年来,随着我国电力行业的快速发展,确保输电线路的安全成为当前重点关注的问题。基于此,本文聚焦于铝合金锚具加工设备的升级改造以及碳纤维复合芯导线锚固金具产品设计的性能优化,深入剖析现有铝合金锚具加工设备存在的精度不足、效率低下等问题,并且阐述了升级改造的必要性,提出涵盖机械结构、控制系统和自动化等方面的具体策略。同时,对碳纤维复合芯导线锚固金具产品设计,从材料选择、结构设计等维度探讨性能优化方法。通过实际案例分析和理论研究相结合,希望能为相关行业提升产品质量和生产效率提供参考。 In recent years,with the rapid development of China's power industry,ensuring the safety of transmission lines has become a key concern.Based on this,this article focuses on the upgrading and transformation of aluminum alloy anchor processing equipment,as well as the performance optimization of carbon fiber composite core wire anchoring hardware product design.It deeply analyzes the problems of insufficient accuracy and low efficiency in existing aluminum alloy anchor processing equipment,and elaborates on the necessity of upgrading and transformation.Specific strategies covering mechanical structure,control system,and automation are proposed.Meanwhile,for the design of anchoring fittings for carbon fiber composite core wires,performance optimization methods are explored from dimensions such as material selection and structural design.By combining practical case analysis with theoretical research,we hope to provide reference for related industries to improve product quality and production efficiency.
