摘要
在国内高质量发展背景下,城镇化进程对区域经济社会发展提出了新的要求。陈埭镇作为典型的小型工业镇,面临着产业升级、人口流动和人居环境改善等方面的问题。产城人融合作为一种新型城镇化发展模式,旨在通过优化产业结构、提升城市建设水平和改善居民生活质量,实现区域经济的持续增长和社会的和谐发展。该文以陈埭镇为例,分析了其产业、城镇和人口发展的现状,并借鉴国内外成功案例,提出了产城人融合的具体策略,以期为类似城镇更新提供相关参考。
In the context of domestic high-quality development,the process of urbanization has put forward new requirements for regional economic and social development.Chendai Town,as a typical small industrial town,is faced with the problems of industrial upgrading,population flow and improvement of living environment.As a new type of urbanization development model,the integration of industry,city and people aims to achieve the sustainable growth of regional economy and the harmonious development of society by optimizing the industrial structure,upgrading the level of urban construction and improving the quality of life of residents.Taking Chendai Town as an example,we analyze the current situation of its industrial,urban and population development,and draw on successful cases at home and abroad,and put forward specific strategies for the integration of industry,city and people,in order to provide relevant references for the renewal of similar towns.
