摘要
运用理论分析法、比较分析法和案例分析法探讨了农村工业化过程中土地非农化的合理模式,认为现阶段存在农村工业化过程中土地非农化两种模式的矛盾是现行法律与经济效率之间的矛盾,必须改革现行法律法规,提高土地非农化的经济效率。
The study aims at exploring the reasonable models of land conversion in rural industrialization. The method of theoretical analysis, comparison, and cases are employed. It is proved that the paradox of two models of land conversion in rural industrialization is derived from the conflict between current law and economic efficiency. The conclusion is to change the current law concerning the issue and enhancing the economic efficiency.
