摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练联合高压氧应用于高血压脑出血急诊微创术后患者对其神经功能及认知功能的改善效果。方法80例高血压脑出血急诊微创术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组接受早期康复训练联合高压氧治疗。比较两组患者干预前后神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分]、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)评分]及临床疗效。结果干预8周后,观察组患者NIHSS评分比对照组低[(13.86±1.75)分vs.(18.66±1.56)分],MoCA评分比对照组高[(24.57±4.56)分vs.(16.65±2.67)分](P<0.05)。干预8周后,观察组患者躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、生理功能评分比对照组高[(74.43±5.65)分vs.(65.45±4.87)分、(75.56±4.75)分vs.(67.65±4.45)分、(77.46±7.75)分vs.(64.64±6.45)分、(77.57±6.98)分vs.(67.57±6.56)分](P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率比对照组高(95.00%vs.72.50%)(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压脑出血急诊微创术后患者实施早期康复训练联合高压氧可有效促进其神经功能恢复、认知功能改善及生活质量提升,进而加速患者康复进程。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combining early rehabilitation training with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in improving neurological function and cognitive function in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients following emergency minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after emergency minimally invasive surgery were enrolled and randomly allocated into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group received standard rehabilitation training,while the observation group underwent a combined protocol of early rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The Neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score],cognitive function[Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)],quality of life[36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score]before and after intervention,and clinical outcomes were compared between the groups.Results 8 weeks post-intervention,the observation group demonstrated lower NIHSS scores[(13.86±1.75)vs.(18.66±1.56)points]and higher MoCA scores[(24.57±4.56)vs.(16.65±2.67)points]than the control group(P<0.05).8 weeks post-intervention,the scores of bodily pain[(74.43±5.65)vs.(65.45±4.87)points],social functioning[(75.56±4.75)vs.(67.65±4.45)points],mental health[(77.46±7.75)vs.(64.64±6.45)points]and physiologic function[(77.57±6.98)vs.(67.57±6.56)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group achieved a higher total efficacy rate compared to the control group(95.00%vs.72.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating early rehabilitation training with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly promote the recovery of their neurological function,improvement of cognitive function,and enhancement of quality of life,thereby accelerating the rehabilitation process of patients.
