摘要
目的探讨西黄胶囊联合地塞米松治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GM)微创术后患者的疗效及其对其血清指标的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2025年4月景德镇市第一人民医院收治的80例行微创手术治疗的GM患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组术后给予常规剂量地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服西黄胶囊。比较两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后局部症状评分、血清指标[白细胞(WBC)计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)]及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组的62.50%(25/40)。治疗3个月后,观察组局部症状评分为(3.66±0.67)分,低于对照组的(6.89±0.79)分;观察组血清白细胞计数为(4.95±0.74)×10^(9)/L,低于对照组的(7.26±0.66)×10^(9)/L;观察组CRP水平为(13.10±0.61)mg/L,低于对照组的(25.56±1.32)mg/L。两组不良反应对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论西黄胶囊联合地塞米松可有效缓解GM微创术后患者的炎症反应,促进术后恢复,且安全性良好,是一种值得推广的辅助治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xihuang capsules combined with dexamethasone in patients with granulomatous mastitis(GM)after minimally invasive surgery and its impact on serum indicators.Methods A total of 80 female GM patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery in The First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen between April 2022 and April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional dose of dexamethasone postoperatively,while the observation group was additionally treated with Xihuang capsules.The total clinical effectiveness rate,local symptom scores before and after treatment,serum indices[white blood cell(WBC)count and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.50%(35/40),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.50%,25/40).After three months of treatment,the local symptom score in the observation group was(3.66±0.67)points,which was lower than that in the control group[(6.89±0.79)points];The serum WBC count in the observation group was(4.95±0.74)×10^(9)/L,which was lower than that in the control group[(7.26±0.66)×10^(9)/L];The CRP level in the observation group was(13.10±0.61)mg/L,which was lower than that in the control group[(25.56±1.32)mg/L].No statistically significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xihuang capsules and dexamethasone can effectively alleviate inflammatory responses and promote recovery in GM patients after minimally invasive surgery,with a favorable safety profile,making it a valuable adjunct therapy worthy of clinical promotion.
