摘要
数字技术正在改变社会组织等公益主体的社会价值共创方式。基于技术可供性视角与资源编排理论相结合的分析框架,通过对上海市L组织数字化转型的案例分析发现,数字技术通过数据同质性与可编程性塑造社会组织与其他主体的行动边界与交互潜能,进而以“聚合”与“调适”的双重逻辑实现社会价值共创。聚合逻辑破解了社会价值共创过程中资源断裂难题,调适逻辑则促进了价值创造流程从稳定运作向持续演化的转变。在技术积累阶段,社会组织通过资源建构机制释放数字技术的聚合潜力,激活价值共创网络;在技术扎根阶段,社会组织通过资源捆绑机制保障数字技术的调适潜力,规范价值共创秩序;在技术成熟阶段,社会组织通过资源撬动机制放大数字技术的双重潜力,拓展价值共创空间。资源编排理论阐释了数字技术助推价值共创的动态过程,为数字化转型背景下社会组织与其他主体的合作治理创新提供了新的实践路径。
Digital technology is transforming the ways of social value co-creation by such public welfare actors as social organizations.Building an analytical framework that integrates the perspective of technological affordance and resource orchestration theory,and through a case study of the digital transformation of Organization L in Shanghai,this study finds that digital technology,via data homogeneity and programmability,shapes the action boundaries and interactive potential of social organizations and other actors.It thereby facilitates social value co-creation through the dual logics of"aggregation"and"adaptation".The aggregation logic addresses the problem of resource fragmentation in the social value co-creation process,while the adaptation logic promotes the transition of the value creation process from stable operation to continuous evolution.In the technology accumulation stage,social organizations unleash the aggregation potential of digital technology through resource structuring mechanisms,activating the value co-creation network.In the technology embedding stage,they secure the adaptation potential of digital technology through resource bundling mechanisms,standardizing the order of value co-creation.In the technology maturation stage,they amplify the dual potential of digital technology through resource leveraging mechanisms,expanding the space for value co-creation.Resource orchestration elucidates the dynamic process through which digital technology facilitates value co-creation,offering a new practical pathway for innovative collaborative governance between social organizations and other actors in the context of digital transformation.
