摘要
针对高职院校粮油加工类课程长期存在的产教分离、学生创新实践能力薄弱等问题,以安庆职业技术学院食品质量与安全专业为试点,创新构建“产教融合·任务驱动·多元评价”三维联动的教学模式。我校通过深度整合6家食品企业的真实生产案例,系统重构“六步三阶”教学流程,并建立动态化能力增值评价体系。改革实施后,学生关键操作规范达标率显著提升,“一试三证”食品检验员考证通过率达99%,形成可复制推广的产教协同育人范式。详细阐述改革背景、实施路径、创新特色及改革成效,旨在为同类课程提供借鉴。
In response to long-standing issues such as the disconnection between industry and education and the weak practical innovation abilities of students in grain and oil processing courses at higher vocational institutions,this study took the Food Quality and Safety program at Anqing Vocational and Technical College as a pilot case.A three-dimensional teaching model integrating“industry-education collaboration,task-driven learning,and diversified evaluation”was innovatively developed.By deeply incorporating real production cases from six food enterprises,the teaching process was systematically restructured into a“six-step,three-stage”framework,and a dynamic competency-based evaluation system was established.After implementation,students’compliance rates with key operational standards significantly improved,and the certification pass rate for food inspectors under the“one examination leading to three certifications”system reached 99%.This reform had formed a replicable and scalable educational paradigm through industry-education synergy.The background,implementation path,innovative features,and outcomes of the reform were elaborated in detail,aiming to provide a reference for similar courses.
