摘要
为突出应用型本科学校的教学特点、提升教学育人水平,率先在食品专业中创新教学理念,从普通本科教育阶段和专升本后承接本科教育的2个阶段采取目标牵引式教育,并从基础课程“普通化学原理”出发,建立基础课程与专业课程教育的有机衔接,同时在专业课程中创新“六个融合”的教学模式,从而实现教育的有机贯通。构建“目标牵引+融合”的教学模式及方法实施,并取得显著成效,可为更多高校及专业的教学模式创新提供参考。
In order to highlight the teaching characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate schools, and to improve the level of teaching and education, take the lead in innovating teaching ideas in the food specialty, adopt goal driven education from the two stages of ordinary undergraduate education and undertaking undergraduate education after upgrading to college,establish the organic connection between basic courses and professional courses from the basic course “general principles of Chemistry”, and innovate the teaching mode of “six integration” in professional courses, so as to realize the organic connection of education. The teaching mode and method of “goal traction+integration” are constructed, and the effect is remarkable. It can provide reference for the innovation of teaching mode in more universities and majors.
