摘要
总结国医大师张震教授运用角药治疗抑郁症经验。抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,对人们的生活和工作造成严重影响。角药是由3味药相互配伍组成的具有药物协同、调节偏性、制约毒性等作用的药物组合。张震教授认为抑郁症核心病机为肝失疏泄,气机失调,治疗应注意疏肝解郁,调和脏腑。总结张震教授临床运用柴胡-枳实-香附、玫瑰花-厚朴花-素馨花、远志-石菖蒲-合欢皮、佛手-青皮-紫苏梗、薄荷-甘松-刺蒺藜、茯苓-法半夏-天竺黄治疗抑郁症的组方经验、配伍特点、适应证、随证加减等,探析张震教授临证运用角药治疗抑郁症之经验,以期提高中医药治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。
Summarizing national traditional Chinese medicine Master ZHANG Zhen’s experience in treating depression with three-herb combinations(Jiaoyao).Depression,a prevalent mental disorder,significantly impacts patients’daily lives and productivity.Three-herb combinations,composed of three mutually complementary herbs,synergistically enhance therapeutic efficacy,modulate herb properties,and mitigate toxicity.Master ZHANG posits that the core pathogenesis of depression lies in liver qi stagnation and dysregulation of qi movement.Thus,treatment should prioritize soothing the liver,relieving stagnation,and harmonizing visceral functions.This study analyzes Master ZHANG’s clinical application of six herb triplets for depression:Chaihu-Zhishi-Xiangfu,Meiguihua-Houpohua-Suxinhua,Yuanzhi-Shichangpu-Hehuanpi,Foshou-Qingpi-Zisugeng,Bohe-Gansong-Cijili,Fuling-Fabanxia-Tianzhuhuang.Each combination is examined for its compositional efficacy,compatibility principles,indications,and modifications based on syndrome differentiation.The aim is to analyze Professor ZHANG’s experience and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating depression.
