摘要
目的通过对毒性动物中药干预恶性肿瘤及相关并发症的临床研究进行统计分析,总结各药物的临床用药现状,为毒性动物中药的后续深入研究开发以及恶性肿瘤及治疗相关性并发症临床治疗提供参考。方法参照2020版《中华人民共和国药典》进行毒性动物中药筛选,在中国知网(CNKI)数据库检索毒性动物中药治疗恶性肿瘤及治疗相关性并发症的临床文献,包括中药复方、中成药及成方配伍,应用Excel分别对其干预恶性肿瘤及治疗相关性并发症的临床经验进行梳理汇总。结果共纳入临床研究364篇,主治肺恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、结直肠恶性肿瘤、肝恶性肿瘤等22种恶性肿瘤;含有毒性动物药的处方对胃肠道反应、血液系统毒性、癌性疼痛、肝肾功能异常、周围神经毒性、皮肤毒性、发热、脱发等56种恶性肿瘤及治疗相关性并发症具有较好的临床效果。结论毒性动物中药临床应用广泛,本文通过文献数据分析,阐明了毒性动物中药在临床治疗恶性肿瘤及治疗相关性并发症应用现状,揭示毒性动物中药临床防治恶性肿瘤及治疗相关并发症的现代研究,为临床使用提供参考。
Objective To statistically analyze clinical studies on toxic animal-derived traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)in managing malignant tumors and related complications,summarize the current clinical applications of these medicines,and provide references for further research and clinical treatment of malignant tumors and treatment-related complications.Methods Toxic animal-derived TCM were screened with reference to the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.Clinical literature on the treatment of malignant tumors and treatment-related complications with these medicines was retrieved from the CNKI database,including compound TCM formulations,proprietary Chinese medicines,and prescribed combinations.Excel was used to collate and summarize clinical experiences in treating malignant tumors and treatment-related complications.Results A total of 364 clinical studies were included,primarily focusing on the treatment of 22 types of malignant tumors such as lung,gastric,colorectal,and hepatic cancers.These studies demonstrated positive clinical outcomes in the management of 56 types of cancer-related complications,including gastrointestinal reactions,haematological toxicity,cancer pain,hepatic and renal function abnormalities,peripheral neurotoxicity,dermatotoxicity,fever,and alopecia.Conclusion Toxic animal-derived traditional Chinese medicines are widely used in clinical practice.Through literature analysis,it is clarified that the current application status of these medicines in treating malignant tumors and treatment-related complications,revealing modern research on their clinical prevention and treatment,thereby providing references for clinical use.
