摘要
作为一种新型教学模式和学习方法,服务学习注重专业学习与服务过程的融合,重视实践反思与批判性思维的提升,强调社会责任感与公民意识的培养,关注个人的自我认知与自我成长。这种教学模式和学习方法与社会工作专业课教学具有高度契合性:服务学习有助于社会工作专业课教学理论与实践相结合,社会工作专业课教学有助于推动服务学习的发展。服务学习与社会工作专业课程教学相互契合有利于社会工作专业的职业化发展,有利于服务学习的本土化发展。为此,应从在广泛调研的基础上精心设计实践教学内容、多方协同打造立体化实践教学平台、以多元教育督导实现理论学习和专业能力双提升、以生为本灵活调整优化课程等方面提升社会工作专业课教学效果。
As a new teaching mode and learning method,service learning emphasizes the integration of professional learning and the service process,attaches great importance to the improvement of practical reflection and critical thinking,stresses the cultivation of social responsibility and civic awareness,and pays attention to personal self-awareness and self-growth.This teaching model and learning method are highly consistent with the teaching of social work professional courses:Service learning helps to combine the theory and practice of social work professional course teaching,and social work professional course teaching helps to promote the development of service learning.The mutual integration of service learning and the teaching of social work professional courses is conducive to the professional development of the social work major and the localization of service learning.To this end,the teaching effect of social work professional courses should be enhanced from aspects such as carefully designing practical teaching content based on extensive research,jointly building a three-dimensional practical teaching platform with multiple parties,achieving dual improvement of theoretical learning and professional ability through diversified educational supervision,and flexibly adjusting and optimizing courses with students as the center.
