利用水位变化控制闸门自由启闭的系统设计

摘要 为实现非电力驱动下火电厂贮灰场灰水收集池进口闸门的自由启闭动作,提出并设计了一种利用水位变化控制闸门自由启闭的系统。该系统通过将水位的变化信号转变为机械动作信号的方法,实现了将水池内水位的高低变化转化为机械动作用以控制闸门的自由启闭,确保了贮灰场灰水加药处理排放过程的顺利完成。该系统不仅节省了电力的输入,而且有效降低了闸门频繁启闭过程中的电力费用投资,具备较强的工程实践性,特别适用于需额外增加工程投资架设输电线路进行供电的偏远特殊地区的水利工程,具有广泛推广应用的价值。 In order to control the free opening and closing action of the entrance gate of the ash water collection pond in the coal power plant under non-electric drive,a system design was proposed to control the free opening and closing of the gate by using the change signal of water level.By using the method of transforming the change signal of water level into mechanical action signal,the change of water level in the pool was converted into mechanical action to control the free opening and closing of the gate.It ensures the smooth completion of the dosing treatment and discharge process of ash water in ash storage yard.The system not only saves the input of power,but also effectively reduces the power cost investment in the process of frequent gate opening and closing,and has strong engineering practicability.It is especially suitable for water conservancy projects in remote special areas where additional engineering investment is needed to erect transmission lines for power supply,and can be widely applied.
