摘要
以某濒海港口火电厂贮灰场灰水加药处理排放工程为研究背景,在迅速、高效实现灰水处理达标排放的前提下,兼顾节能降耗及清洁能源的利用,设计了利用水力蓄能进行工业溶液搅拌的装置及工艺,其设计结构简单、制造难度低,造价低廉、后期维护简便,适用于工程实践,具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on the research background of the ash water dosing treatment and discharge project in the ash storage field of a coastal thermal power plant,under the premise of realizing the ash water treatment and discharge standard quickly and efficiently,taking into account energy saving and consumption reduction as well as the utilization of clean energy,this paper designs a device and process for industrial mixing solution by using hydraulic energy storage.The design structure is simple,the manufacturing difficulty is low,the cost is low,and the later maintenance is simple.It is suitable for engineering practice and has wide application prospect.
