上窑水泵房排水控制系统智能化改造

摘要 为解决上窑水泵房排水控制系统老旧、可靠性差的问题,对其进行了信息化和智能化改造。首先,进行了传感器的优化布置,使现场设备控制更加精准有效,实现了泵房排水自动化无人值守运行。通过PLC调用传感器和电气控制系统的数据,实现各种实时故障保护,保证排水系统运行更稳定。然后,通过加入智能控制策略算法,使控制方式更加丰富,排水系统运行更加经济稳定。最后,现场主站PLC通过环网交换机接入矿井千兆工业以太环网,并利用组态软件的网页发布功能,在公司内网内实现矿调度和公司调度电脑及手机移动终端对水泵房排水系统画面和数据的实时运行监控。 To address the issues of obsolescence and poor reliability in the drainage control system of the Shangyao Pump House,an informatization and intelligent upgrade has been implemented.Firstly,sensors were optimally deployed,enabling more precise and effective control of field equipment and achieving unattended,automated operation of the pump house drainage system.By utilizing PLC to acquire data from sensors and the electrical control system,real-time fault protection is achieved,ensuring more stable operation of the drainage system.Subsequently,intelligent control strategy algorithms were incorporated,enriching the control methodologies and rendering the drainage system’s operation more economically efficient and stable.Finally,the main station at site PLC is connected to the mine’s Gigabit Industrial Ethernet Ring Network via a redundant ring switch.Leveraging the web publishing functionality of configuration software,real-time monitoring of the pump house drainage system’s graphical interface and operational data is enabled for computer at mine dispatch centers,company dispatch centers,and mobile devices across the corporate intranet.
