摘要
电厂的煤炭输送控制是保证发电机组工作的重要环节,各输送带和煤仓的运行状态、设备之间的连锁关系比较复杂,介绍了某电厂双路输送带四位三通切换煤炭输送控制系统的设计过程,该系统以欧姆龙CQM1H系列PLC和虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW相结合,操作界面交互性好,具有良好的控制特性。
Coal delivering control system is the most important part of a power plant.The interlock relationship and running state of each conveyer belt and coal storehouses are more complex.This paper presents a two road conveyer belt and four switch coal delivering control system.This system is an automatic control system based on Omron PLC and LabVIEW virtual instrument software,has friendly interface and fine control characteristic.
