摘要
传统的跨越架搭设方式存在高空作业多、装拆不便等问题,急需一种便携、安全的解决方案。为解决上述问题,设计了一种基于平面四杆机构的阻尼式跨越架结构。该跨越架主要由支撑底座、缓冲装置、主架体和封网组成,通过地面预组装完成安装,增加了施工安全性。缓冲装置内置可调阻尼弹簧,能够有效减轻导线坠落的冲击,提升安全性。试验结果表明,弹簧有效吸收了冲击能量。该阻尼式跨越架提升了施工效率,显著降低了安全风险和资源消耗,具有较高的理论价值与实际应用潜力。
The traditional method of erecting crossing structures has safety hazards and low construction efficiency,and there is an urgent need for an efficient and safe solution.To solve the above problems,this article designs a damping type crossing structure based on the principle of planar four-bar linkage.The crossing structure is mainly composed of a support base,a buffer device,a main frame body,and a sealing net.It is installed through ground pre assembly,which increases construction safety.The buffer device is equipped with an adjustable damping spring,which can effectively reduce the impact of wire falling and improve safety.The experimental results indicate that the spring effectively absorbs the impact energy.This damping type crossing structure improves construction efficiency,significantly reduces safety risks and resource consumption,and has high theoretical value and practical application potential.
