摘要
机械创新设计是高校创新教育体系重要组成部分,是培养机械类大学生创新能力与创新意识的重要手段。《机械原理》中“平面四杆机构分析与设计”是激发学生机械创新设计潜能的基础与重要知识点。鉴于目前《机械原理》中,根据两连架杆的3组对应位置关系,采用图解法和解析法设计平面四杆机构所得结果存在差异,提出考虑偏角参数解析法,帮助学生系统掌握四杆机构设计方法,培养发散思维,并可作为现实生活中相关产品设计的实际参考,为产业技术革新提供依据。
Mechanical innovative design is an important component of the innovative education system in colleges and universities,and it is an important means to cultivate the innovative ability and awareness of mechanical college students.“The analysis and design of planar four-bar mechanisms”in Principles of Machinery is a fundamental and important knowledge point to stimulate students’potential for innovative mechanical design.Given that there are differences in the results obtained from designing planar four-bar mechanisms using graphical and analytical methods based on three sets of corresponding positional relationships between two connecting rods in the current Principles of Machinery,the analytical method is proposed to consider the deflection angle parameters to help students systematically master the design method of four-bar mechanisms,cultivate divergent thinking,and serve as a practical reference for related product design in real life and provide a basis for technological innovation of industry.
