DN900-64水电重锤球阀的有限元分析及试验

摘要 为研究水电球阀受力情况,以DN900-64水电重锤球阀为研究对象开展了有限元分析及应变试验。介绍了重锤球阀的有限元关键设置方法;建立了考虑主要接触关系的球阀有限元模型,分析球阀检修密闭、工作密闭、壳体压力试验3种工况的应力,重点分析了接触区域、整体区域的应力数值,驱动轴、从动轴与轴座的径向间隙;实施了产品的应变试验。试验数据验证了球阀有限元分析方法具有较高置信度,可为同类产品的设计和优化提供必要的技术依据。 Finite element analysis and strain testing were conducted on DN900-64 water and electricity ball valves.The article summarizes the finite element analysis method for ball valves;A finite element model of the ball valve considering the main contact relationship was established,and the stress of the ball valve under three working conditions,namely,maintenance sealing,working sealing,and shell pressure testing,was analyzed.The stress values in the contact area and the overall area,as well as the radial clearance between the valve stem and the shaft seat,were mainly analyzed;The strain test of the product was implemented,and the test data verified that the finite element analysis method for ball valves has high confidence,which can provide necessary technical basis for the design and optimization of similar products.
