摘要
介绍了一种基于ANSYS的水轮机球阀阀体与球体联合受力接触分析,与传统单个部件单独分析结果相比,得出了更为精确的阀体与球体的应力和变形值,解决了以往传统有限元计算模型中在阀轴根部出现的不真实的局部高应力问题。
It introduced a contact analysis of valve body and ball body for turbine spherical valve based on ANSYS. Compared with traditional individual structural components analyzed separately results, the stress and deformation values of valve body & ball body are more accurate obtained using contact analysis. The unreal local high stress problem in valve spindle bottom using the traditional finite element calculation model is solved very well.
