摘要
为了有效监控DPF后处理系统堵塞移除故障,通过对DPF后处理系统的基本功能、工作原理进行分析,提出了基于DPF压差传感器的阻塞及移除诊断控制策略,并在台架上进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:所提出的诊断控制策略能够有效识别DPF后处理系统堵塞移除故障,满足排放法规需求。
In order to effectively monitor the blockage removal failure of DPF post-processing system,a blocking and removal diagnostic control strategy based on DPF differential pressure sensor is proposed based on the analysis of the basic functions and working principles of DPF post-processing system,and the test is carried out on the bench.The results show that the proposed diagnostic control strategy can effectively identify the DPF post-treatment system blockage removal faults and meet the requirements of emission regulations.
