轻型柴油机选择性催化还原颗粒捕集器怠速再生控制策略及其验证

Idle Regeneration Control Strategy and Its Validation for Selective Catalytic Reduction Particulate Filter in Light-Duty Diesel Engines

摘要 为了满足国6b轻型车排放法规对氮氧化物和颗粒物排放的要求,开发了某轻型柴油机选择性催化还原颗粒捕集器(SDPF)。当车辆在交通拥挤、红绿灯较多的城市状况下运行时,SDPF再生效率低,导致SDPF堵塞甚至烧蚀,为了解决这一问题,构建车辆怠速工况和怠速与城市工况之间转换的识别逻辑,基于压差流阻的碳载量模型计算碳载量作为再生触发条件,建立SDPF怠速再生控制策略。通过实车测试,在车辆减速至怠速、怠速、怠速转换至行车状态下,验证SDPF怠速再生控制策略。结果表明,SDPF再生效率显著提升,证明了SDPF怠速再生控制策略的有效性,提高了SDPF运行的安全性。 To meet the requirements of ChinaⅥ-b light-duty vehicle emission regulations for nitrogen oxides(NO x)and particulate matter(PM),the selective catalytic reduction particulate filter(SDPF)was developed for a given light-duty diesel engine.Under urban driving and idle conditions,regeneration efficiency is low,which increases the risk of SDPF blockage and even thermal damage.To address this problem,the identification logic under idle and idle and urban condition transformation was constructed.Then an accurate estimation of SDPF soot load was used as a key input for triggering idle regeneration based on differential pressure and flow resistance models,therefore an SDPF idle regeneration control strategy was developed.Real-vehicle testing validated the effectiveness of the idle regeneration control strategy under the states of deceleration to idle,idle and idle to urban driving.The results show that a significant improvement in regeneration efficiency,which proves the effectiveness of the SDPF idle regeneration control strategy and improves the safety of SDPF operation.
