摘要
研究探讨了中波发射机功率异常变化故障的综合解决策略。首先,介绍中波发射机原理和功率控制方法。其次,重点分析中波发射机功率异常变化的原因,并深入介绍故障检测与诊断方法。最后,从硬件层面的定期维护与检修、硬件冗余设计,软件层面的可靠控制算法设计、软件更新与优化,以及环境因素的检测与防电磁干扰措施三方面入手,提供全面的解决方案,以确保发射机的稳定性和可靠性。
This paper studies and discusses the comprehensive solution strategy for the fault of abnormal power change of medium wave transmitter.Firstly,the principle and power control method of medium wave transmitter are introduced.Secondly,the causes of abnormal power change of medium wave transmitter are analyzed,the methods of fault detection and diagnosis are deeply introduced.Finally,a comprehensive solution is provided from three aspects:regular maintenance and repair of hardware,hardware redundancy design,reliable control algorithm design,software updates and optimization at the software level,and environmental factor detection and electromagnetic interference prevention measures to ensure the stability and reliability of the transmitter.
