摘要
为提高中波广播音质表现,以某电台中波发射机为研究对象,通过分析现有功放系统的不足,设计一种新型高保真功率放大器方案。该设计采用模块化架构,引入AB类推挽式BLF578电子管配置,实现前置放大、功率放大及保护电路的优化整合。实验结果表明,设计功放在1.8 kW输出功率下实现76.8%阳极效率,总谐波失真(Total Harmonic Distortion,THD)降至0.42%,音频信噪比达83.2 dB,有效解决了传统中波发射机功放电路音质与效率的协同问题。
In order to improve the sound quality of medium-wave broadcasting,taking the medium-wave transmitter of a radio station as the research object,a new high-fidelity power amplifier scheme is designed by analyzing the shortcomings of the existing power amplifier system.The design adopts modular architecture,and introduces AB analogy pull BLF578 electron tube configuration to realize the optimal integration of preamplifier,power amplifier and protection circuit.The experimental results show that the designed power amplifier achieves an anode efficiency of 76.8%,a Total Harmonic Distortion(THD)of 0.42%and an audio signal-to-noise ratio of 83.2 dB at an output power of 1.8 kW,which effectively solves the coordination problem between the sound quality and efficiency of the traditional medium-wave transmitter power amplifier circuit.
