摘要
文章围绕化工园区灭火救援指挥体系开展优化研究,构建了包括分级响应机制、信息调度平台、现场与远程协同模式及资源调配机制在内的四维体系模型。通过引入响应评估函数、调度优先模型与协同效率函数,对山东某化工园区开展实地对比实验,评估优化体系的实际成效。结果表明,该体系可有效压缩响应时间、提升资源配置准确率、强化控火效率与多部门联动能力,初步实现指挥链条扁平化、调度逻辑智能化与任务执行闭环化。该研究成果具备良好的推广价值,为化工园区消防系统向智能化、集成化演进提供理论支撑与应用范式。
This paper focuses on the optimization research of the fire rescue command system in chemical industrial parks,and constructs a four-dimensional system model including hierarchical response mechanism,information scheduling platform,onsite and remote collaboration mode,and resource allocation mechanism.By introducing response evaluation function,scheduling priority model,and collaborative efficiency function,a field comparative experiment was conducted in a chemical industrial park in Shandong Province to evaluate the actual effectiveness of the optimized system.The results indicate that the system can effectively shorten the response time,improve the accuracy of resource allocation,enhance fire control efficiency and multi-departmental linkage capability,and initially realize flattened command chain,intelligent scheduling logic,and closed-loop task execution.The research results have good promotion value,providing theoretical support and application paradigms for the evolution of fire protection systems in chemical industrial parks towards intelligence and integration.
