摘要
化工园区作为化工产业集聚发展的重要载体,因其危险化学品种类繁多、生产工艺复杂,具有较高的火灾风险和潜在危害性。文章针对当前化工园区消防应急管理中存在的问题,从应急预案的制定与实施、应急指挥中心的功能与作用、跨部门协调与合作以及信息化建设与技术应用等方面进行了深入分析,为全面提升化工园区的消防应急管理能力,保障园区的安全生产和人员安全,以及为化工园区的可持续发展提供坚实保障。
Chemical industrial parks,as important carriers for the agglomeration and development of the chemical industry,have a high fire risk and potential hazards due to the wide variety of hazardous chemicals and complex production processes.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the fire emergency management of current chemical industrial parks from aspects such as the formulation and implementation of emergency plans,the functions and roles of emergency command centers,cross-departmental coordination and cooperation,as well as information construction and technology application,aiming to comprehensively enhance the fire emergency management capabilities of chemical industrial parks and ensure the safety of production and personnel in the parks.And this paper provides a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the chemical industrial park.
