摘要
目的:研究回授法教育干预在牙龈炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法:纳入2024年5月—2025年5月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的260例牙龈炎患者,随机分为参照组和研究组,各130例。参照组采用常规干预和银离子漱口液干预,研究组在参照组基础上结合回授法教育干预。比较两组口腔保健知识掌握度、牙龈健康情况及口腔健康行为依从率。结果:干预后,研究组注意事项、口腔护理、疾病危害评分高于参照组(P<0.001);干预后,研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组规范刷牙、规范漱口、健康饮食依从率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:回授法教育干预可提高牙龈炎患者的口腔保健知识掌握度与口腔健康行为依从率,进而有利于维护患者口腔健康。
Objective:To study the application effect of teach-back method education intervention in the nursing of patients with gingivitis.Methods:A total of 260 patients with gingivitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May 2024 to May 2025 were included and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 130 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional intervention and silver ion mouthwash intervention,while the study group received teach-back method education intervention on the basis of reference group.The mastery of oral health care knowledge,the gingival health conditions,and oral health behavior compliance rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of precautions,oral care and disease hazard in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the gingival index and plaque index scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of standard brushing teeth,standard gargling and healthy diet in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:teach-back method education intervention can improve the mastery of oral health care knowledge and compliance rate of oral health behaviors of patients with gingivitis,thus being beneficial to maintaining the oral health of patients.
