摘要
为探究干露胁迫对可口革囊星虫机体血细胞及呼吸代谢相关指标的影响,研究了不同干露胁迫时间和温度下可口革囊星虫死亡率、失水率、血细胞数量、活性氧(ROS)含量、细胞吞噬率、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性。结果表明,胁迫温度越高,时间越长,可口革囊星虫的死亡率越高。高温胁迫下,24 h透明细胞数量达到最大值(6.74×10^(7)个),颗粒细胞数量在12 h时达到最大;细胞ROS含量和细胞吞噬率分别在12和24 h时达到最大值;高温干露胁迫后,血红蛋白含量呈上升趋势,24 h时达到最高点(28.33 g/L),体壁LDH和SDH活性总体呈现下降趋势。
To explore the effect of dry exposure stress on blood cells in the body of Phascolosoma esculenta and indicators related to respiratory metabolism,the mortality rate,water loss rate,blood cell count,ROS,cell phagocytosis rate,LDH and SDH activities under different dry exposure durations and temperatures were studied.The results showed that the higher the temperature and the longer the duration,the higher the mortality rate of P.esculenta,the total number of 24 h blood cells reached the maximum value of 6.74×10^(7) after dry exposure stress,the largest increase in granulocytes at 12 h.Cell phagocytosis rate and ROS content reached their maximum at 12 and 24 h,respectively.After exposure to high-temperature dry stress,the haemoglobin were on an uptrend at a maximum of 24 h to 28.33 g/L and the LDH and SDH decreased significantly.
