摘要
从教师专业发展需求的视角探究高职院校教师发展中心的建设策略是造就新时代大国匠师的有益路径。对照高职院校教师专业发展对教师发展中心建设的需求,发现我国高职院校教师发展中心建设存在对教师关键品性的培育重视不足、提升教师专业能力的措施呈现碎片化、对教师自主发展需求的回应不够充分等现实差距,其原因主要包括建设理念对教师需求关照不足、组织体系整体设计不系统、组织职能的运行及配套措施缺乏科学性等。为此,提出以下建设策略,以期推进高职院校教师发展中心的高质量发展:重构以高职教师专业发展需求为核心的建设理念;建立健全高职院校教师发展中心的整体建设标准;科学提升高职院校教师发展中心的运行成效。
Exploring the construction strategies of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of teachers’professional development needs is a useful path to cultivate great craftsmen in the new era.Comparing with the construction needs of teacher development center for the professional development of higher vocational teachers,it is found that there are practical gaps in the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient attention to the cultivation of teachers’key qualities,fragmented measures to improve teachers’professional ability,and insufficient response to teachers’independent development needs.The main reasons include insufficient attention to teachers’needs in the construction concept,unsystematic overall design of the organizational system,and lack of scientificity in the operation of organizational functions and supporting measures.Therefore,the following construction strategies are proposed to promote the high-quality development of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges:reconstruct the construction concept with the professional development needs of higher vocational teachers as the core;establish and improve the overall construction standards of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges;scientifically improve the operational effectiveness of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges.
