摘要
针对战斗部爆炸测试试验中高速摄影机触发现场需无人值守的需求,为提高高速摄影机数据采集的可靠性,避免出现误触发的问题等,设计了一种基于爆炸声音频谱分析的外触发系统。通过对声音传感器采集的现场声音进行实时的频谱分析,识别出爆炸声音信号,经过控制器判断达到触发阈值后,输出触发信号控制高速摄影机进行拍摄。相比于其他触发系统,有效避免了环境噪声等其它声音造成的误触发问题,具有较高的可靠性和稳定性。
The design of an external trigger system based on explosion sound spectrum analysis is proposed to enhance the reliability of high-speed camera data acquisition and mitigate false triggering issues in unattended high-speed camera trigger sites during warhead explosion tests.By performing real-time spectrum analysis on field sounds captured by a sound sensor,the explosion sound signal can be accurately identified.Once the controller determines that the trigger threshold has been reached,a trigger signal is generated to initiate high-speed camera capture.This approach effectively mitigates false triggering caused by environmental noise or other extraneous sounds,ensuring superior reliability and stability compared to alternative trigger systems.
