摘要
子实体发育作为食用担子菌栽培中最受关注的生理阶段,其分子调控机制始终是食用菌发育研究中的重点,近年来围绕子实体原基形成、菌盖和菌柄分化、子实体产生的数量和大小以及采后形态发育的分子调控机制开展了大量的遗传学研究。文章总结了以模式担子菌为研究对象所取得的进展,系统概括了子实体发育分子调控机制的基本模型、重要食用担子菌的子实体发育调控研究进展及其关键调控因子,以期为持续深入开展重要食用担子菌子实体发育的遗传机制研究提供参考。
Fruiting body development is the most concerned physiological process for our cultivation of edible basidiomycetes.A large number of genetic and biological studies have been carried out so far for understanding of the molecular regulation mechanism on primordium formation,cap and stipe differentiation,fruiting body production,and postharvest morphological development as well.Aiming to provide a valuable reference for further and in-depth studies on the genetic mechanism of fruiting body development,we summarize here the scientific results of current researches conducted in model basidiomycetes.Detailed descriptions concerning the genetic regulations,key regulators and basic models of molecular mechanisms that are probably working on the process of fruiting body development for those important edible basidiomycetes are given within this paper.
