黄酮类化合物改善奶牛产奶量和乳品质的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 黄酮类化合物是一类广泛存在于植物组织的次生代谢产物,也是一类具有抗炎、抗氧化、提高免疫能力的天然活性物质。目前,许多研究证实饲粮中添加黄酮类化合物能够提高奶牛产奶量,改善乳品质。本文总结了黄酮类化合物对奶牛产奶量和乳品质的影响及其改善乳品质的主要作用途径。经文献总结发现,黄酮类化合物通过促进乳成分前体物合成与利用、调节瘤胃微生物结构、影响乳成分合成相关基因表达、提高机体免疫系统机能和减少饲料霉变这5种途径来影响乳品质。本文还针对以上作用途径结合目前黄酮类化合物在应用中存在的问题进行了展望,以期为黄酮类化合物更好地应用于生产实践奠定基础。 Flavonoids are a group of secondary metabolites that are widely found in plant tissues and are also a group of natural active substances with anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant and immune enhancing properties.Diets supplemented with flavonoids have been shown in many studies to increase milk yield and improve milk quality in dairy cows.This paper summarized the effects of flavonoids on milk yield and milk quality in dairy cows and the main ways in which they can improve milk quality.The literatures have shown that flavonoids affect milk quality in five ways:by promoting the synthesis and utilization of milk component precursors,regulating the structure of rumen microorganisms,influencing the expression of genes related to milk synthesis,improving the function of the body’s immune system and reducing feed molds.The paper also provided a perspective on these pathways in relation to the current problems in the application of flavonoids,with a view to laying the foundation for better application of flavonoids in production practice.
