摘要
双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜因其优异的物理和化学性能而被广泛应用。然而,电容器膜等高端BOPP薄膜的国产化仍面临技术瓶颈。影响薄膜性能的两大因素分别是聚丙烯树脂的原料参数和生产工艺条件。文章综述BOPP薄膜在电容器膜和功能性薄膜领域的研究进展,探讨微观结构、双向拉伸工艺参数和表面粗糙度对薄膜力学性能、光学性能和介电性能的影响。未来,开发适用于极端环境的高性能电容器膜、环保型BOPP薄膜及多功能BOPP薄膜是重点研究方向,以推动行业向高端化、智能化和绿色化发展。
Biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)film is widely used due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.However,the domestication of high-end BOPP films,such as capacitor films,still faces technological bottlenecks.The two major factors affecting the performance of the film are the raw material parameters of polypropylene resin and the production process conditions.The article reviews the research progress of BOPP films in the fields of capacitor films and functional films,and discusses the effects of microstructure,biaxial stretching process parameters,and surface roughness on the mechanical properties,optical properties,and dielectric properties of the film.In the future,the development of high-performance capacitor films suitable for extreme environments,environmentally friendly BOPP films,and multifunctional BOPP films will be key research directions to promote the industry towards high-end,intelligent,and green development.
