摘要
双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜具有优异的光学及力学性能,是目前市场上广泛使用的聚合物材料。在双向拉伸过程中聚丙烯经历复杂的聚集态结构变化,阐明BOPP薄膜的聚集态结构调控机理对于优化其性能至关重要。文中综述了国内外学者对BOPP薄膜结构与性能的相关研究,包括BOPP薄膜在双向拉伸过程中的结构表征、计算机模拟,以及BOPP薄膜结构与性能之间的关系等内容,对BOPP薄膜的生产及应用具有一定的指导意义。
Biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)film is a widely used polymer material in the market due to its excellent optical as well as mechanical properties.Polypropylene undergoes complex structural changes during biaxial stretching.It is crucial to elucidate the formation mechanism of the aggregated structure of BOPP film under biaxial stretching for optimizing its performance.This article summarized the relevant research on the structure and properties of BOPP film by domestic and foreign scholars,including the structural characterization and computer simulation of BOPP film during biaxial stretching,as well as the relationship between the structure and properties of BOPP film.This review may guide the production and application of BOPP film.
