摘要
新文科建设致力于培育高质量的应用型文科人才,但传统教学模式难以实现对于MBA学生价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养的协调统一。因此,该文基于建构主义学习理论和库伯经验学习圈模型,提出多问题导向的案例行动学习法,基于真实管理案例建构情境,围绕PRAS实践教学模式设计规范化的教学流程,以多问题导向为学生分组与讨论标准,以MBA学生的原有经验为学习起点,将课堂活动划分为问题提出、问题重构、问题分析、问题解决四个环节。该方法有利于推动新文科建设,提高授课主体的教学质量,并提升培养对象的学习效果。
The construction of new liberal arts education aims to cultivate high-quality applied liberal arts talents,but traditional teaching models cannot achieve a balanced integration of value formation,knowledge transmission,and skill development for MBA students.Based on constructivist learning theory and Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle model,this paper proposes a multi-problem-oriented case action learning,which constructs a situation based on real management cases,designs a standardized teaching process around the PRAS practical teaching model,takes multi-problem orientation as the requirements for student grouping and discussion,takes the original experience of MBA students as the starting point for learning,and divides classroom activities into four segments,namely,problem posing,problem reconstructing,problem analyzing and problem solving.This method facilitates the development of new liberal arts education,enhances the teaching quality of instructors,and improves the learning outcomes of students.
