摘要
脉动热管(Pulsating Heat Pipe, PHP)具有较高的传热效率,能够快速将汽车发动机、电池等部件产生的热量传递到散热系统中。为探究表面活性剂对脉动热管传热性能的影响,选取十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(Cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, CTAC)为工质,重点分析了加热功率和CTAC质量分数等对PHP热性能的影响。实验中固定充液率FR=55%,加热功率Q=10~105 W,CTAC质量分数ω=0%~0.2%。结果表明,在55%的充液率下,添加CTAC有助于提升PHP的启动性能,降低蒸发温度波动幅度,降低热阻;但在高加热功率情况下,高质量分数的CTAC水溶液(ω=0.2%)会使PHP传热性能变差。当Q=20 W、ω=0.1%时,强化作用率可达36.5%。通过本文的研究可为先进汽车热管理技术的开展与应用提供参考。
The Pulsating Heat Pipe(PHP)has a high heat transfer efficiency and can rapidly transfer the heat generated by components such as the automobile engine and battery to the heat dissipation system.To investigate the influence of surfactants on the heat transfer performance of a PHP,cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC)was selected as the working fluid.The study focused on analyzing the effects of heating power and CTAC mass fraction on the thermal performance of the PHP.The experiment was conducted with a fixed filling ratio(FR)of 55%,a heating power(Q)ranging from 10 W to 105 W,and a CTAC mass fraction(ω)ranging from 0%to 0.2%.The results showed that,at a 55%filling ratio,the addition of CTAC helped improve the startup performance of the PHP,reduce the amplitude of evaporation temperature fluctuations,and lower thermal resistance.However,at high heating power levels,a high concentration of CTAC aqueous solution(ω=0.2%)degraded the heat transfer performance of the PHP.When Q=20 W andω=0.1%,the enhancement factor reached 36.5%.The research in this paper can provide a reference for the development and application of advanced automotive thermal management technologies.
