摘要
教育评价改革是驱动新时代基础教育高质量发展的关键抓手。学生评价作为教育评价体系的重要组成部分,其改革成效直接关系到育人质量的提升。本文首先明确了学生评价涵盖结果性评价、综合素质评价与日常学习评价三个基本范畴。在此基础上,确立学生评价的核心目标应包括确保党的教育方针有效落实、满足国家科技创新与人才选拔的战略需求、倒逼育人方式革新以及推进教—学—评一体化实施。在学生评价改革实践中,需协同推进考试形式与内容改革,完善综合素质评价机制,充分发挥作业的日常评价功能,并以信息技术赋能评价改革,引导评价回归育人本质,从而为教育强国建设提供有力支撑。
Education evaluation reform is a key driving force for the high-quality development of basic education in the new era.As a core component of education evaluation,the effectiveness of student evaluation reform directly influences the improvement of education quality.This article first outlines the basic scope of student evaluation,including summative evaluation,comprehensive quality evaluation,and daily learning evaluation.On this basis,it points out that the core objectives of student evaluation should encompass ensuring the effective implementation of the educational policies of the Communist Party of China,addressing national demands for scientific and technological innovation and talent selection,promoting the transformation of educational approach,and advancing the integrated implementation of teaching,learning and evaluation.In practice,advancing student evaluation reform requires jointly advancing the reform of examination forms and content,optimizing the comprehensive quality evaluation system,strengthening the role of daily tasks in ongoing evaluation,and integrating information technology to empower evaluation reform.These efforts will ensure that evaluation aligns with the fundamental purpose of education,thereby contributing to the construction of a leading country in education.
